Orange decorator icing

Turn cookies upside down so that the chocolate side is up. Use
the orange decorator icing to pipe around the hole in the center
of each cooke. Place an unwrapped Kiss on the icing circle.
Finish by piping around the base of the kiss and drawing a little
bow.
